There's nothing like a computer-gone-haywire to escort us to the edge, moments from jumping off the cliff of insanity. You question: should I crash the thing to the floor and jump on it and break it to pieces? Should I take it outside and set it on fire? Should I take it to the ocean and throw it in or should I take it to a cliff, throw it over and jump after it?  

Each time I find myself on the edge-wrestling with a computer that has gone haywire, I have a moment of clarity; and, make a last ditch effort to restore my sanity and computer. I grab the phone and call the one person I trust with all my personal computer info – JPG. Near hysterical – I pleaded with her to “talk me off the cliff”.  

Her response “calm down, tell me what happened"; and a short while later the problem is solved. My sanity is restored, my computer is restored; and we both live to see another day!! Muchos Gracias JPGarcia. - Arty C, Client - April 2019
